Bloor Homes’ new 2,000-home development at Sandon Gate, north of Beaconside, will deliver new primary and secondary schools and other amenities including retail units, a health centre, and an elderly-living facility. 

The wider development at Sandon Gate will not only help Stafford Council meet its home building targets and infrastructure needs but will also provide substantial financial contributions through an extensive S106 package of statutory and developer contributions totalling over £28 Million.
